You will explore the structure of ArcGIS API for Python while building skills to securely connect to your organization, update a variety of GIS content and resources, and ensure the currency of your authoritative GIS data. Course concepts also apply to ArcGIS Enterprise portals. Analysts, GIS professionals, administrators, and developers who want an understanding of ArcGIS API for Python capabilities will benefit from attending.

Language: This training will be organized in Dutch and French. Also possible in English at request.

Esri will provide the following software to use during class:

• ArcGIS Pro
• ArcGIS API for Python

• Understand authentication schemes used to connect to ArcGIS organizations through Python API.
• Leverage ArcGIS Notebooks to write, modify, and run Python code.
• Script workflows to modify features, fields, feature layer definitions, and more.

A basic familiarity with ArcGIS API for Python will be helpful. For those new to the API, completion of Python for Everyone is recommended.
