Get Started with CAD data in ArcGIS

This course provides the practical knowledge and skills needed to start leveraging GIS capabilities that enhance the value of CAD data, while infusing CAD data into GIS workflows that enhance field operations, analysis projects, infrastructure management, and more. You will learn how integrated CAD-GIS workflows drive efficiencies and insights across your enterprise.

Language: This training will be organized in Dutch and French. Also possible in English at request.

Esri will provide the following software to use during class:

• ArcGIS Pro
• ArcGIS Online

• Prepare CAD data for visualizing assets and infrastructure with real-world context in GIS maps.
• Maintain the currency of your GIS database by editing GIS features using CAD reference data.
• Ensure seamless cross-system use by converting CAD data to GIS data and GIS data to CAD data.
• Enable easy access to CAD and GIS data for everyone who needs it.

Completion of ArcGIS Pro: Essential Workflows or equivalent knowledge.
